This is like a trip back in time to the 1800’s, but not really.
This fascinating place is located south of King Street and east of Parliament St. (55 Mill Street)
Old buildings showcasing new, modern and very shiq stuff.
This place is always fun to visit. I especially love summer visits to the district, but truely enjoy the Christmas Market.
In fact, it’s what gets me into the spirit each year.
Lots of unique items on sale throughout the district. Click here for more information
Christmas music over the air, the smell of hot apple cider and roasting chestnuts was the icing on the cake.
Portable heaters make it possible for a comfortable snack, drink or meal
Christmas Trees for sale, big and small for the Condos that surround the square
Many share the Christmas Market with the furry friends.
Some kids pose with Santa while others sign a giant Christmas Card.
There’s rides, a snowman and shows, not a kid with a sad face in the market.
Fun for everyone, parking is an issue so be prepared to walk. We parked so far this is what it looked like.
Just kidding, it was a 10 minute walk from all the action.
Lot’s of photo ops for the photo crazed few.
Even a beautiful bride and her groom along with the wedding party graced the market.
I love Toronto!
